A band I really love, Wales’ The Joy Formidable, released a video to their single “A Heavy Abacus” yesterday. It’s from their album A Big Roar, which came out in January. A live version of the song will appear on an EP to be released on July 12 called Roarities. It features a few live tracks and some remixes of songs done by bands like Innerpartysystem and The Naked and Famous.
The Joy Formidable (and The Naked and Famous) are playing 107.7 The End’s Summer Camp on Friday, September 2 at Marymoor Park (all ages, $20 ADV tickets, available here).
